The Journal of Humanitarian Studies Vol. 3, 2014satisfied that the need for Disaster Relief is coming to anend, it shall advise the［President/Prime Minister/ highlevel committee or council on national disastermanagement］to approve a termination date for theInternational Disaster Relief Period, with dueconsideration for the impact on on-going relief activities.This termination shall not affect the on-going validity ofthe International Initial Recovery Period.b. The termination date shall be announced to AssistingActors no later than［**］days prior to the proposed date.The announcement shall also include information aboutthe anticipated on-going needs for Goods and Servicesrelated to Initial Recovery Assistance, if any.c. Upon the issuance of an announcement pursuant tothis Article, the［relevant disaster management authority］shall consult with Assisting Actors actively involved inDisaster Relief work in order to reduce any negativeimpact from the termination and, where necessary, toensure an adequate handover of responsibilities.場合には、継続中の救援活動への影響に十分に配慮した上で、［大統領/首相/ハイレベル委員会又は国内の災害対策評議会］に対し、国際的な災害救援期間の終了日を承認するよう提言する。この終了によって国際的な初期復興期間の継続中の効力は影響を受けない。b.終了日は、予定日の［**］日前までに支援主体に対して発表される。初期復興支援に関連する物資及びサービスへの予想される継続中のニーズに関する情報も、該当する場合には、発表に含める。c.［関係災害管理当局］は、本条に従って発表が行われた場合には、災害救援終了に伴う悪影響を軽減するため、また、必要に応じて適切な責任の引継ぎが行われるため、災害救援業務に従事する支援主体と協議を行う。Article 10 Termination of the International InitialRecovery Perioda.
