The［relevant disaster management authority］shallrespond to any application under Article 22 by eitherapproving it and issuing a certificate of eligibility for therelevant Chapter VI Legal Facilities, or by giving noticethat the application has not been approved.（i）F o r a p p l i c a t i o n s m a d e d u r i n g t h eInternational Disaster Relief Period, the［relevantdisaster management authority］shall respond nolater than［specified time］after receipt of allrequired documents.（ii）For applications made after the terminationof an International Disaster Relief Period butduring an International Initial Recovery Period,the［relevant disaster management authority］shallrespond no later than［specified time］after receiptof all required documents.b. Upon approval of an application pursuant to Article 22or upon the request of an Assisting Actor deemed eligiblepursuant to Article 21, the［relevant disaster managementauthority］shall issue a certificate indicating that theAssisting Actor is eligible for the relevant Chapter VILegal Facilities. In the case of a Domestic AssistingActor, the certificate shall state that the eligibility extendsto the Legal Facilities in Parts 1 to 5 of Chapter VI.c.
