The Journal of Humanitarian Studies Vol. 3, 2014entitled to a Disaster Visa, unless national security orpublic health and safety concerns related to the particularindividual preclude it. Disaster Visas shall be issuedwithout a fee for an initial period of［three months］, andrenewable without a fee for periods of up to［six months］from within［country name］, then as often as necessarythroughout the International Disaster Relief and InitialRecovery Periods.b. During the International Disaster Relief Period,Disaster Visas shall be issued to the InternationalPersonnel of Eligible Actors, upon arrival at the point ofentry［or by prior application to the appropriate embassy,which shall adjudicate them within［specified time］］.c. After the termination of the International DisasterRelief Period but during the International InitialRecovery Period, Disaster Visas shall be issued by priorapplication to the appropriate［country name］embassy,which shall adjudicate them within［specified time］.d. International Personnelwho enter［country name］under this Disaster visa waiver,shall be allowed to undertake Disaster Relief and InitialRecovery Assistance work for their sponsoring entitieswithout the requirement to seek a separate residence orwork permit. As long as they continue as InternationalPersonnel of their sponsoring entities, they shall beentitled to remain in or re-enter the territory as often asnecessary throughout the International Disaster Reliefand Initial Recovery Periods.
