Being survivorsthemselves, they were also pressed to join the disaster relief effort as well asmanage/support their nursing students as survivors and volunteers in the relief effort.The purpose of this study is to identify and describe the actions and perceptions ofthese nursing educators during the process of educational recovery. The significance ofthis study is to draw lessons for disaster prevention, disaster risk reduction anddisaster management in the contexts of nursing educational institutions, and supportfor students and faculties.This research was a qualitative descriptive study. Semi-structured interviews wereconducted in August, 2014 with four nursing teachers from three nursing educationalinstitutions, located in the affected area. This research was approved by Japanese RedCross College of Nursing Ethical Review Board.Still ongoing analyses indicate the importance teachers, who were teaching at thattime, identified of swift information gathering and transferring to safe places when thedisaster struck. Once in the evacuation centers, the students were challenged, by theevacuees, to provide medical care under supervision of their teachers.After the reopening of lectures, support from nursing educational institutions fromoutside the stricken areas was required. Psychological care for the students continuedafter the school reopening.資料２：第16回日本赤十字看護学会ポスター発表タイトル：看護系教育機関における防災対策上の課題に関する研究―教員の体験から―＜緒言＞東日本大震災の発生直後から教育活動が復興していく経過を通して、看護の教育現場では何が起こり、それにどのように対応したのか、看護系教員の体験を通して明らかにする。今回は、防災上の課題に焦点を当てて分析した結果を報告する。＜方法＞東日本大震災による被害を受けた看護系教育機関に勤務する看護系教員（以下、教員）8名に対し、60～90分程度の半構成的面接を1回行い、参加者の承諾を得て録音し逐語録を作成した。逐語録から教員がとった発災時の対応で上手くいったと認識している語りと反省や課題が残ったと認識している語りを抽出し、防災上の観点から内容を分析し、看護系教育機関における防災対策上の課題を明らかにした。研究参加の自由意思、面接後の支援体制等を口頭と文書で説明し同意を得た。A大学研究倫理審査委員会の承認を得た。＜結果＞東日本大震災による被害を受けた看護系教育機関に勤務する看護系教員の体験から抽出された防災上の課題は、平時における体制と災害時の対応に分類された。平時における体制では、地域防災計画に基づいた【地域における大学の役割】や【通信手段】が明98
